Just wondered if a 'leader' special skill could be added. This would improve team performance when a player with the 'leader' skill was selected as team captain. I don't see that the captain selection is serving much of a purpose at the moment.

That is a good idea. Captain at the moment is purely cosmetic. A Leader SA who has a mixture of certain attributes would be good.
