    Side backs and wingers...

If DLs have exactly the same important skills as DRs (same for wingers), why we can't teach a DL new DR role straight, without wasting time and resources to teach them DC role first??? And why do you care if we want to use our resources to turn a DL into ST or an AMR into DC???

Agreed! if you guys from nodeus have play football manager, the positions a player can play in field, is same like Top11.
But we can directly train DL for DR or ML for MR and AMR for AML without having waste 1 position (the center) into it.
Why can't you guys make the yellow position be the 1 that can be train but waste it for "neighboring square" position?
Is it so hard to code in your game?

Couldn't agree more. Thats exactly the reason i entered the forum today. Its so obviouse this must change. Its so redicilous that i have to teach ,for example, my talented wing player to become mc or dc so he can play att the other wing.
And so on thats was just an example but you can see yourself the problematics and make it right.
Any way the change will effect every one, some will benefit and some will not and thats the different between good and better coach.

    agreed 100%.

every flank player should be able to train for the opposite flank without going through the middle first.

That would make sense if anyone at Nordeus knew anything about football.
Clearly nobody does based on the in game commentary and some of the language they have used.
Even if you watch those launch videos on their youtube channel when they are on the couch explaining new features, they have never actually played football nor know anything about it, they are just random football nerdy fans who think they know stuff.

Simple answer. If dl is left footed, placed at dr he would be wasted. But stupid thing is that placed dl at dr spot is red warning. Why is this?

Self explanatory. I saw the answer in the thread starting post. Waste resources and time training an additional dc role? Yes thats exactly what they want.

in case of people wondering why stepenwolf start this thread.
it's question & SUGGESTION for NORDEUS why we have to waste training 1 central position when the player can play on the opposite flank with yellow warning (like 75% of his full potential)

here's sshot where the game did give old former player proper position without extra position that they didn't play (mostly DC) in past events

also sshot of football manager game where the player position dont have to be waste on them being DC or MC
