Transfer list should refresh faster

Maybe every 2 minutes; essentially doubles the transfer market.


An increase in the total number of users over time means more users competing to sign the same number of players. Causes frustration struggling to sign players. I remember it's why I left in the first place. Was frustrated by difficulty signing players.

I like this suggestion as the wait for players we need is too long. Bots can continue to inflate auctions, it doesn’t matter. I just prefer to get the players i need faster.
