I think it would be interesting, for example, to lend my players who are young but don't have many stars to teams from other divisions, instead of leaving them without playing.

I agree, incoming loan is possible but only if you drop a big bag on it (which i refuse to do). Outgoing to give the young boys or subs experience is not possible. Good idea.

I think a few years ago that was possible, but teams abused it by loaning players to their 2nd team, training them to mutants or super players, and then selling or sending them back to the original team.

Any good ideas people suggest are always exploited and ruined by the usual cheating teams
