Training mode has to be improved

Everyone knows that after a training round you have to go out of the menue with the X up on the right to get the training improvement. Without doing and if you for instance have a black out of your handy or closure of your app, you will get nothing. I think it is unfair, so you should get the training improvement without leaving the menue anyway!
