a lot of absurdities in this game, in their constant insistence that this game is as close to reality as possible they are living in the denial of the fact that it's as far to reality as it can ever be, The ONLY REALITY of this game is MAKING MONEY for the creators and the programmers. The negotiations should be just that not what they make them to be. A negotiation is and should be between two clubs, but we can only accept or reject an offer not really negotiate. We cannot even counter an offer so what good is it? I guy makes an offer for one of my defenders just the other day, he offers only money, the most useless currency in the game. We accumulate the millions but no tokens and since we apparently need tokens to do all the important things in this game, if I want to sell a player I should always get a minimum of tokens offered. After all, you cannot buy ANY PLAYERS in this game without TOKENS, why should we not have the same benefit that Nordeus has? I'll tell you why because they thrive on greed, we are just trying to have some fun and win something once in a while, that's the difference, This game NEEDS A LOT OF CHANGES, A LOT, some thay are trying to implement through this new pay option they have created, I can even live with that but they need to implement a lot of other changes that would not require their making money, so good luck waiting for them to change them. Negotiations should always start with a minimum ONE TOKEN and the managers should have the option to actually negotiate an offer, counter offer etc, I still think the main changes that would make a world of difference would be, besides this one, to make promotions and relegation like in real football. The ones that do not promote or relegate stay in that league level. If you are in 11 and promote you go to level 12 if you relegate you go back to level 10 and those who are not doing either stay in level 11 in addition there should be NO LOSS of qualities for any team. This would indeed solve a lot of issues with the game, When we promote it is evident that we end up in a better league with better teams so even if we enter with the same quality we had in the previous level we still will not be the top team, there are always better ones than ours. Same when and if one relegates they will probably be somewhat better but never the competition would be better in any event. Those who remain in the level they are in will be forced to either improve their team or remain there or even relegate. In any event the managers would all better shot to do well. The CL competitions should also only be afforded when one reaches a certain league level not every season, that's not realistic at all either. There should be inner league cup competitions and that is it until one reaches the CL, Super League division. It would be a much fairer and realistic game. Plus tokens should always be awarded for good results and money should be convertible into other resources as well, such as rests, morale and health. By the way the health tiles are a rip-off because they are not given in the fair amount, in other words one tile should be worth one for one in other words not five tiles to get one injury day but either worth five per tile or one for one such as one tile one day etc. In addition what is this story they tell you to improve the pitch quality to reduce injuries but quite frankly the injury level of players has really not been diminished all that much, it's like the playstyle, they do not work very well either.
