I agree. So 5T per day. So a player with Target Shot will need to spend 140T+Signing fee to get him, while experienced players will need to pay 60T+Signing fee.

Not 5T per day... that is too much really... PLUS your not guaranteed to get a player in a position you need. At 5T per day to speed up it becomes a waste of tokens to speed up. What we could do is charge 10T and then ask for a date in the future you would like your youth player on.
