    The teams in level 2 is still weak and represent a small village, and 3000 is a good number regarding to teams strength.
    and you will found it increasing with teams strength in every season.

    Those low-level massive token buyers who is most focused on the stadium upgrade, when they got Wembley-classed stadium then they would host the finals in that server...

    there are more than 11 million play this game and token buyers is not a large number.
