I have just got the drainage, and I think it actually *does* help.

I also avoided using the stretching training, everytime I used that it seems like a strained thigh or broken ankle happens.
Cat I only build as required because I read posts from regular forum users who said that a large stadium does not bring support in lower levels.
I have included a pic of my stadium with a guide to when I need to build.

I hope you are not spending tokens on the stadium when you could be spending them on players.
