Thanks, thats what I have been doing but recently there aren't too many available!
I read this post and used your "power training" technique. It works really well. My striker scored 50 goals in all comps in my first full season, definitely a player i want to hold onto for a while. But at 26 rated he wouldn't be good enough if i keep getting promoted (hopefully) but after using this technique he's already gone up to 28 in a day.

Chano Petersen is like the 8th Wonder of the World in your team, goals and victories will come easy in level 3, even if you didn't apply any power training, I like following your team and reading on its progress in a daily basis, keep up the good work!
