Team Season 17 Level 16

The team for this season didn't change a lot. We've sold 3 players and bought 3.
The three players that were sold are Ibrahim Afellay, Martin Montoya and Dani Alves.
We bought Rakitic, Delgado and Streuli instead.

+++Transfer News+++

We've sold another player and took over a very young one from our youth academy.
Alexis Sanchez was a backup striker for the last 3 seasons and we are quite happy with his performances.
He managed to score 27 goals in the league, 6 in CL and 6 in Cup. All in all he scored 39 goals in 83 matches.
Despite being a backup striker his achievements are quite laudable.



In order to strenghten our team for the next season we took over Adama Traoré from our youth team.
There he's played very well and got top scorer in the last season. He convinced our scouts with outstanding dribblings, beautiful goals and a remarkable feeling for the ball. He's already training very hard and made huge improvements since he's in our main team. We hope he'll have a great future in our team

+++Reserve team with a victory in the league!+++

Despite the upcoming Champions-League Semifinal of tonight, we set up our reserve team in yesterday's league match in order to rest our first-team. They performed quite well and managed to win 2:0. Traoré who made his debut in the first team already scored his first goal in his first match with the professionals! That's club record!
A few minutes before Traoré scored, Alexandre Song fired one of his famous free kicks towards our opponent's goal and the ball landed unsaveable behind the keeper. The fans celebrated him and he got man of the match later on.




+++Preparations for tonight's 1/2 Final CL game are running at full speed!+++

Tonight's CL game is one of the most important games of the season. That's why we have been preparing hard for this single match for several days, trying out different formations and tactics in friendly matches and training hard to be ready tonight.
The players feel comfortable about winning the semi finals and reaching the final for the third consecutive time in a row.
Looking at the strength of the two teams, we should have a small advantage 'cause we are slightly better than our opponents are. They have lots of weaker players in their rows so their overall strength drops heavily but our main team should still be a little better than theirs.

Yeah we are on the same level but unfortunately I'm on server 90, so we'll probably never meet us in the same League/CL/Cup...
