Why did I return to Top Eleven?
I really was addicted to this game before I took a 2 year break. I remember being on holiday in Mexico and wifi was only available in the lobby. Thus, I would time my matches so that I could view them accordingly.
With all the information about additional features, I was delighted that my old club was still available.
Now is the time to rule again!!!

My game has always been based on midfield dominance and possession. Basically the style that Arsenal incorporate. However, similar to Arsenal, I did not create enough goal scoring opportunities. After a 2 year break from T11, I realized the difference in the mechanics and just was not getting enough opportunities for goals.
So, I made a change....

After one season, won the league and cup double!
I do concede more goals with this formation, but create far more opportunities. With the 2 CDM's, I make sure there is enough cover for the defense. As I have stayed with the same instructions, I do feel more comfortable with 2 up front.
I advise a formation with 2 upfront!!!
Friends? Time to remove them all in battle!!!

Iwobi has been fantastic for me during the time I purchased him. Anelka has played 3 and done nothing, whilst I have drawn 2 and lost. I subbed him for Iwobi at 0-0 in my last game, Iwobi than gets a goal and assist... Really made me feel guilty as to why I bought him in the first place...

If it aint broke, dont fix it!!!
He might be playing worse than Iwobi now, but you will not be able to use Iwobi much longer. Young players tend to underperform, but you can improve Anelka much faster (especially if he is an FT), and you will have a well trained player when Iwobi can no longer keep up with your team's quality. It's a good early investment in my honest opinion.
Judging by Iwobi's stats he is developed to play in attack. Anelka has better defense skills (and probably lower passing and crossing than Iwobi), but you should be able to customize him to your personal style of play by training him this season.
Hmmm, yes I think you make a good point. Investing in Anelka is one for the future, train him up with the methods and than release him next season...Quote:

If I was to compare my team to any from the past, it would probably be Manchester United during the early 00's..
At that time it was a 4-4-2, high-pressing style with many crosses from the wings... High volume of tackles would stop the opposition and start attacks on the counter.
When I watch my team, I feel this is the most common style that is incorporated on the opposition. I do not give space for the opposition to breathe and keep a high possession number (so far, I have won possession number in EVERY GAME). Would like the team to be more direct sometimes, but I like the mixed passing instructions I have set in the tactics.
Thus, I get a myriad of goals which has really kept the opponents guessing..

Scored many goals during the season and only conceded 6 in the league...
With the CDM being defensive, he stopped many attacks and than fed to the 5 more advanced players...

18/28 seasons that I have actually been actively playing...
As can be seen, I do take some breaks from the game and really suffer in positions...
But now that I have finally win the Champions League, I am keen to push on for real dominance..

I would highly recommend young players and keeping them together for at least 4 years...
Fifa players will understand that 'chemistry' is real in T11. Thus, do not make wholesale changes to your team...
Just 1-2 additions per season to keep the cohesion within the squad!
