After losing my first leg away 3-1 I thought my hopes of beating the cup curse were over. I countered my opponents 4-3-3 with the 3-5-2 and got the 2-0 win, going through on the away goal rule. With the hope of going further in the cup I decided to invest in my squad and signed some key players.

Nice! Ventose and Jimenez seems to be good, esp that Jimenez guy (high value). But the 18yr old is a U21 player or something you picked up from TM? His M.value is tooooo low.. But you could PT Tudor to a 6*, I have 2x20yr olds and they gain like 3-4SKP after playing 2 comp. games everyday

I thought I'd give this an update.
Pheonix United won the 4th match in the Champions League group today with a 3-1 home victory. Goals from Teli, Cabezas and Tebily saw Pheonix United guarantee qualification through to the next round.
Phoenix United climbed to the top of the table with a nice 0-5 away result. Goals from Thiabma 2, Juncher 21, Tudor 51, Cabezas 58, 70.
Phoenix United are now top of the league on goal difference and remain unbeaten
Through to the semis after scoring in the 88th minute to win 3-2 on aggregate
I got to the early stages of the knockout stages of the cup this season
I had a good run in the Champions League this season but unfortunately I lost in the final 1-2
