1.A ranking system for TE managers
2.More varieties in available players to make managers willing and able to deal more with their players, as an example:
- better players coming from U21 academy,
-extending players age range,
-addition of a youth academy that gives the opportunity for more participation in players preparation (like completelly create and prepare players, choose roles, SA, qualities, untill they turn 18 when they will be delivered to enter squad), i think this will add more interest to the game.
