iOS / Android: Minimum OS version update

Hi Managers,

We have released a new Top Eleven iOS / Android version today (9th of May). As we have upgraded some components of the app, the OS requirements have also changed.

• On Android devices, the minimum version is now 4.0.3. All devices using versions below Android 4.0.3 will be able to continue playing Top Eleven 2016, but won't be able to update the app from now on.
• On iOS devices, the minimum version is now 7.0. All devices using versions below iOS 7.0 will be able to continue playing Top Eleven 2016, but won't be able to update the app from now on.

Of course this doesn't affect Top Eleven's browser version.
