if i have upgraded sits 400 ppl & if i upgrade my stadium, do i loose that upgrade ?

Always do all three seats upgrades in order before upgrading your stadium. Apparently it saves time and money. It's basically building up your stadium in installments.

how come ? if you dont upgrade it will take 16 days
if you upgrade it takes 11 days

to upgrade the seats it took 5 days

you can say "well if you didnt build the seats you would have those 5 days there so its still 16 days", yes but everything else is now 3-5 days

so you get everything faster so it does save time, havent checked about the price costs if it lowers them and by how much or of its only on the arena it reduces the cost.

Well, how come it's cheaper for me then? Just addded the first seats upgrade to my Small Arena. It's even stated on the seats upgrade that it "reduces the cost and time required to build (both medium/large seating upgrades and) stadiums", I don't think they can put in such a blatant lie.
