HELLO EVERYBODY!!! PLEASE HELP ME OUT. SHOULD I USE CONSTANT FORMATION OR SHOULD I USE VARIABLE FORMATION ACCORDING TO MY OPPONENT'S FORMATION. IF I USE 2ND ONE, I HAVE TO BUY LOTS OF PLAYERS SO ADVISE SOME SUGGESTIONS. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I tend to use variable style. It's my choice and I feel comfortable with it. I make my own table of counter-formation. It's my style to manage

do you think is wise to treat different illness with the same medication ?.. yes you may find it easier to work with one formation you can perfect it as you need time to adjust and get the best out of a new formation , but in the long term that will make you the greatest manager and not a one tricky pony

I switch between 2-4 formations depending on what my opponent is using and which of my players are fit to play. If its a weak opponent, then sod everything and I'll play my back ups wherever they're used to, even if it is a strange formation.

    Exactly...there are pro's & con's to both...

Personally i tend to stick to the same line up and formation unless injury or a certain team forces me to change...
