    you may play better but you give up possession more often with own half. You create more turnovers and interceptions and gain more possession, otherwise with own half, you give possession and only intercept in your own zone.

    It all depends on how you want to play and if you have the players to play that style.

    What I usually do is play one half with own half and the other with full pitch. Based on what I've seen in each half, I prefer to play with own half pressing. But I guess that's just how I play, many others play with full pitch and it works for them
