Watch match and get bonus XP for players?

Hi All

Currently half way through my third season (and not doing to shabby so far) and curious about XP gain.

Do my players get an XP boost if I'm attending my games? cant seem to find any info about it on here as i know you gain extra morale boosters and such depending on win/lose. Also during a match is +X% amount for possession but doesn't seem to make a difference most of the time that i can see apart from making my team colour bar be over 50%

sorry if there is a thread about this can't seem to find anything with what I have searched for.
