Transfer list

I looked around for ages now, but can not find how I lay out my players on the negotiating list so people can bid on them.
(and yes, I'm on level 4)
Can anyone tell me how to do it?

your player needs to be 1/2 skill point`s of scout player before he goes on neg list for other to see and bid

Player will automatically appear on Negotiation list when he gets to level ending in 4 or 9 (at league level 4 that's at 39/44)

If you just want to sell a player -

In Squad - Select Player - Select Contract - Select Sell - Select Max Value - Select Sell

So if I want to sell a player with 42, I sell it as usual and it automatically appears on the negotiation list.
Will I get a letter if there is anyone who makes a bid in that case so I can accept or decline?
Because normally you sell a player on 2h~, but on negotiation list, it takes 24 hours.

if your player is 42 and 5* then he goes on normal transfer list which you need to do if you want to sell, the player needs to be 44 rated and two skill point`s off 45 ( 6* scout ) and he will auto go negs list for other`s to bid and when someone does it will show on your squad list with a hammer beside them

edit if goes on normal market if someone bids then he`s sold no matter what

I don't get it realy.
How can I check if my 44 rated player got two pont's off to 45? I can't fint it tbh.

Oh I get it. I don't even have to put them on transfer.
If they are in the right rating everyone can bid on them even if I don't have them for sale?

yep as said needs to be two skill point`s of 6* to go negs then just wait and see if someone bids, if they do hammer will come up click on that to see the bid and you can decline if bad or as i do make them wait 24hrs to decline this way they have wait longer to get their tokens back, nothing worse than being insulted with bid and no tokens offered
