Planetside tokens

so I've signed up to the planetside offer to get the free tokens except.. i havent had any since registering the account.. has anyone else been through the same thing and managed to fix it?

you will need to go to trialpay support and send them the email proof of sign up by copy and pasting the email you received from signing up for planetside 2, you don't need to play planetside 2 either.
