So does the team that lost and the team that won both played by the same manager? If not, then they are most likely friends.

Sucks large when this happens but it is along the same lines as having 5 of your accounts watch every game so you can always have more possession.

They might not be friends. Maybe away team walked away from the game and set up illegal formation or maybe is trying not to get promoted. This is not enough information to conclude it's match fixing, unless you know more
