i play 4141 alot and small diversions from it by moving a player up or down .. i struggle often when opposite team attack me or defend with numbers
if i was you i will play
4-2-3W-1 with 2 DMCs, long balls, defend or hard def and long balls to ST, put red arrow on people on flanks (RM.RB,LB,LM) and the ST, blue on CBs and may be DMCs if you want better protection , defend hard and counter and hope you will get lucky
