Is this guy a fast trainer?

I just bought a guy valued 1.63 M he's 19yo q21. (Im in level 2)

Testing shows that he gained 50exp for stretching.

Is he a fast trainer? If he is I'm gunna dump some rests on him.

seems like it...if he earns a skill point on practice match when set to hard training, he is a fast trainer (IMHO).

I got 3 points for hard training all stretching cardio and match. Bought him for 1.12 M seems like a good bargain.

I believe I have a fast trainer in my 18 year old AMC. I PTed him from MC to AMC in just three days and he was getting around 50 for stretching too and sometimes 150 for practice match. Definitely my best trainer.
