Well it took me 2 mins of looking through the formations and tactics thread to find the most similar formation to the one you're looking for, and you'll want to use the narrow diamond, obviously attacking through the middle.

You're level 3 now, it doesn't take a football genius to work out that you need at least 2 DCs and one DMC to counter his STs and AMCs, 2MCs to dominate his midfield, an AMC to bypass his DML/DMR, and add support to 2 STs to get past his 3 DCs.
