No they don't. They have to be trained.

That means the manager from whom I bought this player must had trained this player but this player is medium to fast trainer not fastest ... never thought that people train players and sell them without using them not even in one match ... strange

Probably spent all the collective points on the SA and then realized the player wasn't good enough for next season.
