None said you do it since scratch. I pt my players and 7* was what i wanted to reach. If i spared greens then i further improved one or two 18 yo to 8*, but never as first objective and never since day1

for example I have a 4* 18yo Fast trainer who is 15 SKP to next star ...If I assign them to his Quality will he train slow or if I wont assign them will he be slow ?
