was it worth it?

So i was supposed to buy a scout today, with 65 tokens made after a looong period of saving
but i got a bit greedy today seeing alot of 5* players in the market for the first time.

I went on to buy 2 players, I lost the first player at 41 tokens(they didnt accept my bid :@)
but i bought the other player aged 23, corner specialist 49 quality, so one away from becoming scout. i have 19 tokens left

so was it worth doing this as in the end i will get one scout and he came 4 tokens less than 50, but a bit more expensive

... and that's why you should not bid right after the start of a new season. Everyone is looking for players and you will loose tons of tokens. That's why I bought players before the end of the season.

Hmm... not really, I think with 65T and having a scout player in mind, I'd buy the 50T scout and anything else bought with the remaining 15T could of been seen as a bonus.

Well I bought a scout player and then an auction player (2 tokens...result) today, its a lottery really but with the scout I did read July's post on best scouts to buy, age, quality...so thats the criteria I use.
