Not added in the same league as friends this season???

this is extremely dissapointing news because i have been playing with my 2nd account in the same league as my brother for several seasons now.. if we are taken apart, it will take a lot of joy from this game away from me.

There is a big problem with just expecting to play against your own friends. For example:

Just suppose you had SIX friends and you wanted them placed in your league. That's fine. BUT....
Suppose THREE of those friends each had FOUR friends (all different to yours and each others). If you were placed with these six, it would be fine for you, but would be unfair for them because of their own 4 friends, only YOU would be in their league. Somewhere or other, friends have to be separated to balance the number of teams out.

I hope I have made my point clearly enough. We would all like to be playing against our friends, but its not always practical.

Very good point. I have only my brother's two accounts on my level on the same server and i believe i am the only one of his so maybe that's why we have had success in being in the same league..

sounds about right. I will keep my ' Real life' friends, but delete the other one
