I'm in level 5 and just bought 18yo player cost around 5.8m. According to "July Fourth's Guide To Power Training" he said that this kind of player maybe a 2* slow-medium trainer from team 3 level above me. So am I bought a "DUCK" player ??

NO it is ..
high player in level 5 39 QT is 8m not 5.8m and this is your mistake
45Qt is 11.5m

you simply get your figures wrong

Then you could be on a "bad server". The player you bought is probably a low 2/3* U21 player some manager a lvl or two above you put on the auctions.

Always by the "server generated" ones, they are the best.

Log on at 4/5am GMT - the youths who are listed at that time are usually server generated. If you are on FB you can check the team that the player is on and that might help you guess. I play on iOS mainly so I don't get that option, but that strategy works fine for me
