Yap, they don't win anything but if you bought 50 tokens on rest N health pack in order to have a full condition to face a strong opponent. You lose the match bcoz of their technical issue, who is the one suffer from it??

Yes but this things are normal, even NASA server falls or others and they lose a lot of important things... I know any big game who didn't have this problem, even facebook falled a lot of times...

Man the injured player subs with another guy in the squad depending on your auto-subs. Btw, remember when you lost 8% possession for not attending the match, they did lose it too. So it doesn't really differ.
