    REALLY IMPORTANT. Game administrators please read

    Hello guys,for some reason my facebook account got banned for perm and now I can't get to Top Eleven. I invested my money and I was level 22... is it possible to transfer to other? (((

    If its permanent then I think you might be screwed, I don't think you can transfer it.. you could try contacting nordeus I guess and see if they can do anything about it.. or maybe there is an easy explanation. Wait for one of the senior players to have a look at this question.

    Ohh no..
    How can I contact them? only support@nordeus.eu? I invested money in this and spent 2 years,it will be so hard if I lost all my data. Stupid facebook... I had an acc for 5 years and then ban from some reason...

    yeah send them an e-mail. Hopefully they can do something about it as you've played the game for so long.. if you're on your phone as well then I don't think you'd need a facebook account to access your team.. but if you weren't playing the mobile version as well then idk man..

    Eh,I played on facebook..
    I lost all my personal data,messages,pictures,friends,and only thing I care about is TOP ELEVEN.
    It will be so hard to accept if they tell me its impossible to transfer.. :/
    And yeah,I really found a time to send to Nordeus Support... They're working Mon - Fri and now it is Saturday..
