No more gifts

No it's not that... It's the facebook problem, facebook refuses to recognize your t11 friends as friends and this is why you don't recieve those packages anymore. I always have to send them manually from my second accs... really annoying

He's asking why the same gift sent by 3 friends results in 1 gift ... you're talking about something completely separate.

I know I can receive, for each day, just 1 pack of each bag
the problem is that I don't receive anything

even from by 2nd account. a send the gift but it doesn't arrive to the main account

Same here i would always receive one of each gift per day, now im lucky if i receive just one, half the friends that are no longer on my top eleven friends list still cannot send gifts to me even though they are friends on fb and the friends that i do have still on top ekleven, some of them who are sending gifts are not reaching my account, they are coming through on fb and my phone saying that ive received a request ect yet theirs no gift in top eleven to collect, another day with no gifts collected, an absolute joke, both fb and nordeus, wherever the blame lies, u both need to remove your finger out your asses and sort these problems out
