Friends match help pls

I need help, I can not watch games played by my friends, I can only watch one game a friend who was with me in the same league? Some of my friends can watch all the matches of their friends ...????

You cannot watch some of your friends' matches because they are on different servers. Nothing can be done about this, unless either you or your friend start with a new team, then if you're lucky, maybe the new team will be on your server.

Can I have 2 teams? Or can I delete this and not make another?

You cannot delete your team unless you do not log in to the team for 70 days. I think it's wrong to have 2 teams, but many managers are doing it nowadays. All you need is a new FB account.
