Thats wierd.. send a mail here: support@nordeus.eu also tell to them your fb id so they can check :P you can find the ID when you log in game, go to help and you will see NETWORK ID: 1000235123123 <--- a code like that one

Dont be so anxious about your u-21 players. The needless and mediocre ones just dont worth it. The good ones requires lot of Tokens to sign!!
I am at lvl 3 and my good u-21 player (level 30) requires 21 Tokens to sign!!)
The most likely you will let them go. Building U-21 academy just dont worth it. It costs virtual money for nothing!! Trust me.

When you upgrade your buildings, the timer resets and starts from day 1 again for generation of new youth players.
