    Quality limit

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if there's a quality limit on every managerlevel. Currently I am level 2 but on the transferlist the maximum quality of players is 20. Is there anybody who knows this?

    1 skill point away from theoretical 10* quality is the max you train a player...

    Max quality to buy on L2 tranny market is 5*29.
