While not every language can be given it's own forum, I would have thought German had a chance.

And this is the English forum, so perhaps a topic with a message like "I don't know English. Anyone know German?" would have been more appropriate?

I can write badly in French and Chinese, terribly in Turkish and Spanish, and I gave up on Delphi.
