Baffled...not for the first time

For some reason four of my top players (5/6 star at my level) have all decided to play total crap at the same time. They are getting 5's most matches and even the odd 4 and I can't explain it. They are very good or superb morale and always 90%+ energy, played in position and yet are playing rubbish no matter what the opposition is.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it just a joke that computer plays on you?

I would be surprised if their positions were in defense (not GK) and ST. Other positions (GK and all midflelders) are getting all kinds of weird ratings..

sometimes if your opponents are very much weaker, your star players get bored.

ho oui ca arrive et moi , je me prend tellement au jeu que quand ils jouent comme des bon a rien , je les traite de fainéants et je sais meme pas pourquoi ils jouent si mal alors que d habitude , ils jouent bien , je suis quand meme 2eme .
