Sorry to bring up this old topic again, but many of you probably know about the debate about whether stretching before matches will improve your teams performance. Seeing the increase of injuries this season, a question popped into my head. I don't know if this question has been asked before, if it has I haven't seen it so sorry for repeating. In real life, stretching before any kind of physical activity lowers the risk of strains and injuries. Do you think nordeus would have implemented that into this game? After all, its been said that they base the amount of injuries in this game to the amount of injuries in the premier league, so if they wanna be so realistic, its only fair that they add this too right? Has anyone ever tested this?
