Nice question, I'm curious why are you asking this.
The first thing I can tell you is that it's over HTTPS, that's to be expected since you are required to authenticate but you can also take a look at the encasing html pace. I wasn't sure weather https can also be used over udp. It seems it can't be used over that protocol since the client needs all the packets to be able to decrypt the contents. So it's definetly over TCP. Also, apparently you can use udp from flash only from air applications.
