When Kashiwa Washi was L3 with a 9* team they were drawing teams of L8 and L9, If this 9* team is on a old server then I'll assume a similar thing will happen to them, otherwise it would be in the shark cup like in Morgan and Ljepoje's case.

I'd probably say 6-7 seasons actually with the accumulation of the 35T per season and only buy the best of the best from the scout list along with other 5* signings, Just depends on how you want to invest those tokens by the individual, If your playing on power training then those tokens will be all be gone within a week.
