Looks like my league opponent today has only one thing on his mind and that is to park the bus and play asymmetrical 4-1-4-1... It's the asymmetrical aspect of this formation that can cause an upset result, so either 2 things are going to happen here... We will either win easily and convincing like 6-0 or it will be like a struggle to win like 2-1 or something or even a stupid draw.

Superb performance from AEPRE FC today, especially Callum McManaman who created so many chances and scored a goal and an assist to Fernando Torres. Torres also scores a hat-trick and an assist. AEPRE FC seems to be getting back to back penalties at 62' and 67', where Francesco Marin fouls Torres, and later Papaleo. Chano Petersen convert the first one wide, but he got another chance and puts it into the back of the net.

LEAGUE ROUND 3 - IT'S A FUNNY OLD GAME

We were right about intemelia's interesting defensive mentality and we setup to attack the flanks and switched tactics 3 times to try and find a sweet spot past the defence but to be fair to intemelia they gave themselves their best chance of winning against us. July Fourth struggled to find their game to begin with as we could not get forward and intemelia had the best of the early exchanges, we switched to a more relaxed style of 3-1-4-2 before deciding to move Miku to AMC and when we switched to the dandelion they found a way through us and scored at the beginning of the second half when Gjerde Moen got past the defence and squared off for Minda, we immediately switched to 3-4-1-2 and threw Diamond on the field, this is when the game swung our way, Pietropaolo found a way through but a challenge Ilchev ended up winning us a penalty in which the new Papaleo despatched to put us level, the next attack and Pietropaolo this time made it through and chipped it over the keeper for 2-1. Petersen went for a long range effort and Alvarez could not keep it out despite getting a touch on it and July Fourth were now in control... Our next 2 goals both came from corners the first one Petersen crossed in for Beckett to header in and the other came after Petersen's free-kick was saved over the bar and Petersen's corner came in and it was 5-1. A late Papaleo shot was blocked by Gjerde Moen.

Team Talk: Well I was expecting it to be tricky with the unusual tactics that worked well for our opponents for around the first hour, but once we switched to 3N-4-1-2 (which seems to be our best formation now) we found our game and soon started knocking in the goals to get the win. Tomorrow we play away at Sz FC in which is the first of 3 meetings within 4 days.

I've had mixed experiences of playing players OOP... Miku is one thats played a few games OOP, Normally gives a 7 if I play Miku as AML or MC for example. I played Watson once OOP last season on the right because O'Sullivan was out suspended and he got a 4. So some players can play better OOP than others. Zidane had mixed results when I played him AMR before he learned it, but even when he was AMR he still played better in his natural role as a ST.

A slightly better game from us but still not convincing. Another 0-4 win today and we have 2 wins out of 2 in the CL group stages. Zenzizenzike may have proved his critics wrong with a goal inside 10 minutes. We pressed for a second but it wasn't really happening until Petersen's cross found Nascimento's head and the goal for 0-2. Some time later, we got a second and after a bad miss earlier, Petersen made it up with a long range strike set up by Nascimento. That I believe is his 491st goal for the club. It was a case of young and old and Petersen Jr impressing his older counterpart with a great finish in the last minute of the game for 0-4.
