I'd give Butterfly a try, just to be on the safe side. Or else, something with a lot of fire power to capitalize on the 80% possession.

Perhaps a Butterfly to be changed into a 3N 2N 2W 3 in case i take too long to score.

Percebeiros FC 0-5 Perfect Tactics

Percebeiros FC: 53.2, 3N-6-1v | Perfect Tactics: 72.0, 4-2-2-2 hexagon/4-5-1v/butterfly

It wasn't one of our best performances yet again and this is becoming a serious issue with our team... Up against a team full of 2* and 3* players and we are still failing to destroy them like we usually do. We did take a slow start to the match with Silly getting the first goal on 22 minutes. Then we just couldn't break them down... at one time our opponents had more shots than us. That was extremely embarrassing considering how **** they are compared to us. We changed our formation to the 4-5-1v and it seemed to do the trick, we forced a corner out of them and Van der Zande headed us into a 0-2 lead. Milosavljevic got injured which forced us to change to the butterfly and that made it slightly better, we forced another corner and Nascimento put us 0-3 up. He scored another 20 minutes later from another corner before Magill's solo run and finish made it 0-5. It puts us 3 points clear at the top and we really need to play better because tomorrow we play against Egen FC, a tough team using the 4-4-2 classic.

Everyone in our team gets a rating of 7 and 8... No one got a 6 which means we DID play well but something is happening (as always). Plagued with some sort of "unable to score more goals against weaker teams" curse.

So we faced a 5-6* team on 4-4-2 and whatever we used (3-1-4-2/3-5-2v, 3-4-1-2) wasnt effective at all. Took the lead, then 3 goals on counters, outta the cup. No biggie but still, 4-4-2 makes any 5-10 less q team overrated.

BALKAN UNITED - MATCH REPORT

LEAGUE:

- Today we faced the Slovenian team "Tim FC" which me managed to beat by 1-3. We started of quite good with the 3W-3W-2N-2 formation, scored 2 goals and held mostly of the possesion. But as I switched to the 3W-3W2 formation, we started to lose possesion and the hometeam managed reduce to 1-2. But thankfully T.Botsev scored a 3rd goal and the game was more or less over for the Slovenians.

Tomorrow we will play the Malaysian team "Clavin FC" with a kickoff at 20.00CET. I'm not expecting any difficulties here, since it's abandoned and perhaps one of the weakest team in the league competition.

CUP:

- We managed to collect a comfortable win against the Romanian "IQB FC" in the CUP play-offs. Our ultra-offensive 3W-3W-2N-2 formation paid off and I was more then delighted as the game came to an end. The win means that Balkan Utd will be playing in the CUP final-eights and our chances by winning the tournament are more then good (in comparison to the competition). Hopefully we can make it all the way!


TEAM NEWS

- We managed to sign another 2 players this morning. The 19yr old ST "Hector Revert" and the 27yr old AMC "Biagio Pennacchioni". Both took part in the CUP + League game and both scored as well, which is more then "OK" !

Also, our 28yr old DC "Vincent Comert", the 27yr old DL/DC "Luis Vitoria" and the 27th yr old DR/DC "Alexey Gusalov" reached scout lvl and are therefore officially 6* players!

4-4-2 classic but it's a risky business or there always is the option of playing someone OOP for a game.
