to win the cup with fair chance, you need to improve your 1st team at least 5Q in the season(everyone get promoted do it easily). cup depend on luck but when you are 3-4 Q below them, it's difficult to say

Agree here. It would just be a waste. Even if Perfect Tactics didn't power train for a few seasons and then they vastly improved quality to try and win the cup, no doubt Troll Mourinho will get in the act. I'd say the only way Perfect Tactics can win the cup is by a lucky draw or selling the squad and replace with 3*, You have to remember that Perfect Tactics is stuck in the middle of an old server.
