I worked out that Power Training is roughly 2.5x more effective than Personal Trainer in total tokens spent. £220 I've actually spent this season and add that to the previous teams strengths so the total cost is closer to £300 lets say if you had bought all these players from either MR.Scout or the 18-20 year old Nordeus Gens.
Personal Trainer Method: 4/9 Scout at age 22-25... 50T Plus... 1300T to get to low-end 9*
Power Training Method: 602T = 50T for scout + 552T to train to 9* (50 reds and 550 greens)
Still expensive to Power Train, but its more affordable to regular players.
