How to add players to negotiations?

You can't put him into negotiation list manually. When someone offered you cash and token for that, there will be shaking hand symbol. Click on there to accept, reject or counter their offer. If you want your player on the negotiation list, you need to have him one skill point away from the next star...

off topic I know but makes me smile and honoured about The "Norma Stitz" trophy is on your Signature lol.

Back on topic, I am now at level 4 so that info about the negotiations is useful.
