If i change the time of one of my matches, is the opponent of that match then able to change it back or not?

Hello, you can do that only for your home games, and he's not able to change it
As general rule of thumb in top eleven for kick off times.
- All Managers are entitled to change all their HOME kick-off times by spending 2 tokens
- Away games cannot be changed because the other manager holds that entitlement
- You can change kick-off to a later time until 1 hour before kick-off
- To change the kick-off time to an earlier kick-off time you need to do this 24 hours before the new kick-off time, which would be enough time for the opponent manager to acknowledge the time change.
Does anybody know if a message gets posted in the news section if a rival manager re-arranges kick-off time?
