Negotiations

Well I reached the dizzy hights of level 4 and negotiations have opened on my mac but not my I phone as expected and I have to learn if it's worth the hassle , concentrating on power training at the moment, before the league starts, only have 4 tokens so the transfer market is out as most good players are going for at least 10 tokens My squad is smaller this year, any advice on negotiations are welcome below
