tokens,rests,moral,treatments

cannot get any tokens.filled out surveys and got nothing,do not get offer of watching videos anymore.
cannot get rest packs ,treatment packs or moral packs from watching videos.
anyone know what is going on because without any of these how can you compete and play the game.
could end up losing interest.

Videos can come and go depending on advertisers, theres nothing nordeus can do about it.
