Can it be done through facebook or better yet can i just create one from my desktop?

Just create another facebook account and login to the game with that account. loads of people do it.

No!. but you can do one through your phone but not sure how, I believe you can only access from the phone though.

Mate, just set up a second facebook account with a hotmail or gmail email address. Or if your missus is cool, just use her facebook account.
